Actually not so unusable since the mapping is in the font file itself
too, but still useful just in case.
That being said, I was thinking about possible lat1-brl, lat2-brl, etc.
which would be a mess, when I imagined, and actually discovered that
setfont can load several fonts. Therefore, here are
brl-{08,10,12,14,16}.psf, which can be used by just setting
CONSOLE_FONT="lat9w-08 brl-08"
in /etc/kbd/config for instance, so please install those in
/usr/share/consolefonts/ as well.
