Package: devscripts Version: 2.10.27 Severity: wishlist Hi,
I recently packaged and ITP'd this: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=478167 But there has been some question of whether it really belongs in its own package. It doesn't really seem to belong in the pbuilder package, because it would likewise want its own separate binary package there, since it is intended to run on machines that _don't_ have pbuilder locally. It has been suggested that it may be a good fit for the devscripts package though, which does seem to be an argument with some merits. If you agree, the current source can be obtained with: git clone git://git.debian.org/git/users/ron/cowpoke.git The files to include from that are: /usr/bin/cowpoke /usr/share/man/man1/cowpoke.1 /etc/cowpoke.conf If you'd prefer me to provide copies of those directly, or a full integration patch, then please just ask -- I figure we first want to get past the "is this a good idea" question though...
