Package: faad Version: 2.6.1-2 Severity: normal The --stdio switch in the current version forces the output format to raw data, in the past it allowed (and defaulted to) WAV data. I'm not sure when this change happened, but I just noticed this broke a script I wrote in December 2006.
I'm not suggesting this change be reverted (that would probably break other stuff elsewhere), but at least the manpage should be updated. -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.24-1-amd64 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=nl_BE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=nl_BE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages faad depends on: ii libc6 2.7-10 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libfaad0 2.6.1-2 freeware Advanced Audio Decoder - faad recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
