because some filesystem can be already mounted.. while
the first option do a mount (supposing they are not mounted)
the second one suppose that it isn't.
Unfortunately after i made a test i discover that if the partition
is not mounted and u use the remount option, it isn't mounted..
i'll try to find a way to circumvent this.

uhm i think people should ask themself why they need to remount usr
and var.. and so they can conclude that
a) mantainer is not native english speaker
b) mantainer has a bad english grammar
c) they have to uncomment both lines

yep, unfortunately i can fix them on next release but they won't be on
