Can you figure out what repository it is trying to check out, or what command it is running? Is it using http or https? I tried: svn ls https://svn.gnome.org/svn/gnome-common/ which works fine. I suspect this bug is the same as #480041, caused by the change from libneon27 to libneon27-gnutls (which I did in order to fix a somewhat similar bug reported by someone else).
