perl-modules 2.10 have a provides: libversion-perl
The place where svk clashes with perl 5.10 is
liblocale-maketext-simple-perl.
While perl-module 2.10 does provide this package, the dependency by svk
is a versioned dependency.
IMHO svk should be reuploaded with the dependency changed to
liblocale-maketext-simple-perl (>> 0.16) | perl-modules (>> 5.10)
