Hello Paulo, thank you for your report. Please note that it's a duplicate of bug 382275. The problem comes down to the fact that I can't include MP3 encoding support in main. I'd be happy to include mp3 encoding support in non-free providing I get some help. Reuben, an upstream developer of SoX already provided a patch awhile back but it requires some work to adapt it to the new architecture. The architecture changed quite abit in SoX >= 14.x.
