When creating a phone-ticket, users press "tab" to do to the next field. When you choose the queue, the page is reloaded and selected field goes back to the first thing in page. otrs2 could use "javascript setfocus" to reload the page keeping the current selected field, instead of selecting the first again. It would be more efficient to fill many tickets.
