Yes, I am aware of the new version of Autoconf. I am a little worried about upgrading it having a cascade effect on breaking other packages accidentally. The freeze for the next release of Debian has already started (although Autoconf itself is not yet frozen) and I do not want to risk causing trouble for little perceived benefit. Does Autoconf 2.62 have compelling new features? I am not aware of any. If it has some, then that might lower the risk/reward ratio enough to justify, to my mind, uploading Autoconf 2.62 prior to the next release. -- Ben Pfaff http://benpfaff.org -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
