Package: postgresql-common Version: 88 Severity: wishlist It would be nice if /etc/postgresql/x.y/foo/ were writable by the postgres user. I sometimes have scripts that do something like sed -i ..../postgresql.conf, but this won't work when run under postgres on the Debian setup. Do you see a problem with this or a different solution?
