I stumpled upon this error ~3 weeks ago with 1.5-4. Switched to another
mpd-client and the funny thing was: when I accidentally tried to start
sonata some days after sonata broke, the error did not happen again,
sonata worked as it should.
Sadly I cannot provide more information about what happend on my
notebook between sonatas breakedown and reappearance as I had to setup a
fresh system due to a harddisk failure. I'm certain that I did install
something.
