Bug#482332: nginx does not Provide the virtual package httpd-cgi

Version: 0.6.31-1

nginx does not support executing external programs, as you can see from 
http://wiki.codemongers.com/NginxSimpleCGI?highlight=%28cgi%29  in order 
to get dynamic content, external FastCGI is required, or the embedded 
perl support.  Please remove httpd-cgi from the Provides: line.
