Will do. Usually it happens about once every other day. In the mean time I did find another bug: I was using the substrate hack as a replacement to see if it was phospsor or xscreensaver that was the culprit. When I run substrate under compiz it crashes after about 10 seconds in a similar way as my original bug report. I don't think it's the same bug though, since the substrate problem only occurs under compiz while my original bug occured under metacity as well.
