I may incorporate this methodology into the next release: 1. Check for config file in $HOME/.releaseforge - if it exists, use it 2. Check for config file in cwd - if it exists use it 3. Config file does not exist - try creating it in $HOME/.releaseforge - if that fails, try creating it in cwd This should make things backwards compat.
