This was mostly fixed in radiusclient-ng five years ago: http://cvs.berlios.de/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/radiusclient-ng/radiusclient-ng/etc/dictionary.diff?r1=1.1&r2=1.2 Although, they kept the dictionary.merit file untouched, no idea why.
