As tracked in [1], dash doesn't take the -l option which is required by the 
LSB, please add support for it.

I am using the important severity as this is affects dash and its 
consideration for becoming the default sh, hence affecting the goal-dash 
release goal.

An, actually dirty (because of ~ files around), patch is available at:
http://patches.ubuntu.com/d/dash/
Which also has some other changes, i.e. defaulting to yes in the debconf 
prompt, that should not be applied, yet.
