I largely gave up on them last autumn - lack of openness in the bug tracker, failure to support+foot dragging on Ogg Vorbis, Ogg Theora and OpenDocument, difficulties mounting other file systems, a small number of outstanding security concerns, blow-off "we're looking into it" answers for 18 months, etc. I'm eager to see an improvement there. However, even with an account, I haven't figured out how to book mark a specific bug report.
