Package: ttysnoop Followup-For: Bug #13180
I tried reproducing this bug by doing the following * in /etc/inittab changing tty2 2:23:respawn:/sbin/getty 38400 tty2 -l /usr/sbin/ttysnoops * in /etc/snooptab adding tty2 /dev/tty9 login /bin/login * restart * use last command to check wtmp * log into tty2 * tail syslog * switch to tty9 and see it is mirrored there. * log out of tty2 * use last command to check wtmp still seems OK This all seems to work as expected... Their was an upstream release (0.12d) several years after this bug was filed, I can't find a changelog for it, perhaps that cured it? If this bug can't be reproduced, can it be closed? -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.25-2-amd64 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages ttysnoop depends on: ii libc6 2.7-10 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ttysnoop recommends no packages. -- debconf-show failed -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by MailScanner, and is believed to be clean. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
