thanks for your report. I've prepared a package of the current gpsd
release, 2.25. The autobauding code has improved a lot since 2.13, so
chances are your problem is resolved with the new version.

Please consider reporting your findings to the gpsd developers as well,
so your receiver can be included in the gpsd hardware list:
