severity 484061 minor
thanks

Hi,

This is not spurious dependency from my perspective. I do not want to
distribute outdated translated contents without new English contents.

Did you read /usr/share/doc/debian-reference-common/README ?

The reason is explained in several location but maybe there is some room
for improvement. For example, at the bottom of each HTML page:

This translation is based on old version of Debian Reference (English,
version 1.x), well before Sat, 26 Jan 2008.

No, it does not provide debian-reference. There are many contents
completely outdated in translation because it is based on old contents.
I still see good portion is useful. Thus I did not ask removal of
translation contents but made mixed package with old and new.

Maybe, I should explain this a bit better in README.Debian.

This dependency will be removed as soon as I get new translation for
version 2 series.
