Hi,
I'm not sure it's really kbuildsycoca that's buggy, but since it's involved and
that i'm a newbie, I report this here.
So, I use kde 4 from experimental repositories and i'm encountering some very
annoying problems, and I think they're all bound to kbuildsycoca.
One of the worse is that i cannot anymore associate files to programs for
opening them. When i need to open a file from okular for example, a window
popup to ask with which program i want to open it. If I check "keep this choice
for this type of file" (or something like that) it seems it crashes.
Another bug is that i haven't got any launcher in the "Applications" menu, it
all disappeared... It seems it's bound to the same bug because when i want to
edit the menu i get a similar behavior.
