Package: mozilla-firefox Version: 1.0.4-2 Severity: important Debian flavour: testing
I've been using Mozilla Firefox 1.0.4 since it was available in testing a couple of days ago. twice now I've had problems, the first time the upper area of its window, from below the strip with window controls, to the edge of the page, became a solid grey; the second time it happened it was the same area and also the lower screen area containing the status bar other than not having visual access, everything still works, but pull down menus appear again as blank grey blocks. When open a new window, the new window appears as it should but the previous window is still obscurred in grey. I have a screen shot if you want it. I don't know if this is at all related but I've also seen the spinning logo in a tab waiting for a page to load hovering over the area to the right of it where the tab isn't displayed. I've never seen any of this with previous versions of Firefox.
