The ",get.*" dirs (unlike ,,arch-{tree,cset} dirs) are tla temporary dirs.
It is likely that there are no enough cacherevs in your branches (try one
cacherev every 25 revisions), so apache kills tla after, say, one minute.

There are also quite some archzoom.conf settings (and FAQ) to tune this.

The archzoom default is to disallow robots to follow links. But if some
spider doesn't respect Robots header and robots.txt, post its User-Agent.
(However this will not solve the problem with visitors clicking on links,
you should cacherev, or increase apache timeout or ulimit for www user.)
