Package: ntpdate
Version: 1:4.2.2.p4+dfsg-2

Hi,

/etc/network/if-up.d/ntpdate suppresses all stderr output from ntpdate,
which is a bad idea. If it fails, I want to know about it.

This seems to be the result of bug #391819. That bug's submitter seemed
to imply that the state where link being down obstructs ntpdate was
a normal situation; I disagree.

(If the error output was not hidden, maybe people would be able to better
gauge whether having this script was a good idea in the first place :|)

Please fix this. TIA.
