Package: xaw3dg-dev Version: 1.5+E-15 Severity: normal For a while now, xutils has been a transitional package just depending on the components which were previously there. What you probably meant by making xaw3dg-dev depend on xutils was to bring in imake/xmkmf, which is now in xutils-dev. However, xutils no longer depends on xutils-dev as of version 1:7.3+11.
Personally, I don't see any reason to put this in xaw3dg-dev instead of having the packages that need xutils-dev Build-Depend on it themselves. My suggestion would be to change the dependency to xutils-dev for the lenny release, for compatibility.
