If you run update-manager, it shows no updates. But update-notifier still shows
these updates. I'm reassigning it to update-manager, as this is somehow related
to dist-upgrade stuff.

If you run update-manager --dist-upgrade, it wants to install 4 additional
packages, no updates. And these packages aren't even listed in the package list.

Running aptitude install ~i produces the same result,
running aptitude --without-recommends install ~i or aptitude dist-upgrade
installs no packages. But apt-get dist-upgrade installs them, too.
