Package: bind9
Followup-For: Bug #485747

I have the same problem with bind9 1:9.5.0.dfsg-1 using the current
2.6.24 kernel from sid (version 2.6.24-7)

# grep CAPABILITIES /boot/config-2.6.24-1-amd64
CONFIG_SECURITY_CAPABILITIES=y
CONFIG_SECURITY_FILE_CAPABILITIES=y

I downgraded to 1:9.4.2-10, in order to have dns working
again, and put the package on hold.
