Package: git-buildpackage
Version: 0.4.28
Severity: normal

I recently made a commit message that looked like this:

Add $remote_fs dependency in init.d LSB header

When I later ran git-dch to create a changelog entry it became:

Add dependency in init.d LSB header

I suspect there needs to be some escaping or protecting of the commit
messages to prevent replacing the non-variable.

Thanks,
Cameron
