The series also alleges that many of the prisoners at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, have little or no connection to terrorism. The United States recently changed laws making it easier for employees of U.S. companies in Iraq to apply for asylum. Among those affected are the Iraqi employees of National Public Radio.
