libmesh0.6.1{,-pure}{,-dev} are already listed on the auto-cruft report
(see e.g. http://ftp-master.debian.org/~jeroen/rene-full.txt) so will be
semi-automagically removed in the near future.
In general, you don't need to request removal for binary packages that
are no longer built from any source package; see the DevRef and
http://wiki.debian.org/ftpmaster_Removals for further information.
