Package: libhypre-dev Version: 2.0.0.dfsg-6 Severity: important libhypre-dev depends libopenmpi-dev, which is unortunately not available on all architectures. This makes libhypre-dev uninstallable on those architectures, as well makes petsc unbuildable on them[1].
Dropping libopenmpi-dev or adding a | lam4-dev as alternative should fix this, I don't know which is correct choice.
