I agree that iceweasel locking out connections to non-standard ports is annoying. Even more frustrating (at least with iceweasel 2.0.0.14-2) is that there's a "Try Again" button present. Clicking the button doesn't seem to change anything.
Try Again? It's still a non-standard port the next time. Why is that
button there?
Some way to override this behavior would be preferable for developers
and testers.
