Package: svn-buildpackage
Version: 0.6.23
Severity: wishlist

Here is how the new changelog entry is created upon upgrade:

debchange -D UNRELEASED -v "0.710.07-1" "(NOT RELEASED YET) New
  upstream release"

As the distribution is set to UNRELEASED, the (NOT RELEASED YET) part
brings no new data and only stands in the way.

Please remove it. -D UNRELEASED "New upstream release" should be enough.

Thanks in advance,
    dam

P.S. If the package was debcheckout-able, I'd provide the trivial patch.
