Package: gnome-panel Version: 2.20.3-3 I don't know if this is also fixed in 2.22, but on my system, in addition to the shutdown dialogue not receiving keyboard focus, it also does not open in the center of the screen, as it used to. The window/dialogue just opens wherever is convenient, as any other window would. The non-centering and lack of keyboard focus bugs appeared for me at the same time.
