Package: gucharmap
Version: 1:2.22.1-1
Severity: important

Any time gucharmap attempts to display codepoint U+237E it crashes with a segfault. I'm not sure which character specifically, but manually stepping through, as close to row by row as I can, it crashed with U+237E as the last_char setting in GConf.

This character is encountered in the All Unicode block and in the Miscellaneous
Technical table.

It doesn't seem to matter which font I choose... but it also appears that it's pulling glyphs that are unknown in the font from another font, possibly Unicode
Symbols (which has nearly full coverage of Miscellaneous Technical)
