found 486594 2.10.33 thanks I reverted these patches in devscripts 2.10.33, as at least the debchange patch needs a little refinement; see #488511.
Setting $LANG to "C" before the calls to strftime() and reverting it immediately afterwards is probably sufficient, but the calls to "date" aren't hugely intensive so reverting to using that seemed the safest solution in the short term. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
