The latest patch introduced in the -5 package breaks navigating the main menu with the mouse. When clicking on menu entries (instead of keyboard navigation, which works as expected) the option is properly toggled, then the game is started, even if only trying to toggle music/fullscreen, etc. Also, after launching the game in this way, after completing the first level, the first level must be replayed, after which the game progresses normally.
