Package: splashy Version: 0.3.10-2 Followup-For: Bug #488853 I intalled debian lenny from the RC2 lenny install CD. Installed spalshy and have exactly the same behavior. I see splashy themes on shutdown, but upon boot I get the wrong theme. Another interesting thing, I thought this has to be a machine related thing. So I installed spalshy on another debian machine I have. There I have a few old kernels. Guess what ? The problem exists with this kernel 2.6.24-i686 but not with my previous kernel 2.6.22-3-686. So it might be a kernel problem...
