I am NOT actually a Debian developer, but I've used Debian right from my start in Linux (several years ago) and I'm actually a sysadmin.
I think I can manage to be the maintainer of this package. As it seems not to be very difficult, I also think it would be a good package to start with, since I want to become more involved in Debian.
