It seems you use some specific tool like debmirror to perform the
mirroring.
Unfortunately, debmirror is not a supported method for mirrors listed in
our list, because many files are missing (see the difference in the
trees of ftp.fr.d.o and your server)

anonftpsync is the method recommended by
http://www.debian.org/mirror/ftpmirror and is available at
http://www.debian.org/mirror/anonftpsync
It mirrors and generates all the files needed, and allow the mirror to
work even during its update.

For this migration to anonftpsync, don't hesitate to ask us for details.
