Hi, it has been almost three weeks since I posted my patch which introduces a non-free clamav-unrar package that isn't essential to clamav operation. There has been no noticeable activity since.
Is there anything else I can contribute to resolve this bug? If time is an issue, I'd be happy to help with maintaining the ClamAV package. On a side note, upstream seems to have "solved" the problem by dropping support for external unpackers alltogether. If no action is taken, future versions of the ClamAV package for Debian would ship without any support for inspecting RAR archives.
