I see...  It's been a while since I looked at this, but I recall seeing
it working.

A quick rebuild of 2.8.5 and 2.8.6 doesn't give an IPV6 connection either. 
Nor do any of the other browsers at hand connect with IPV6.

I think the problem is in the network configuration.  (No route's been setup
for using an IPV6 connection).
