Thanks for packaging FireGPG for Debian!

I tested it using a brand new user with a brand new firefox profile and
discovered that the option "Disable FireGPG Automatic Updates" is not checked
by default.

One strategy of providing this plugin is to make it easier for people to do
the initial install of the plugin - and then let the plugin itself manage the
upgrades. If this is the strategy, then the default setting makes a lot of
sense.

However - if we want to manage updates via aptitude, then maybe this setting
should be checked by default?
