git imap-send requires IMAP server information in git config. I'd
like to set up multiple named IMAP server sections in the git config,
and then select from them on the git imap-send command line. For
example:
[imap "work"]
Host = imaps://imap.linux.ibm.com
User = josht
[imap "home"]
Host = imaps://my.imap.server.at.home
User = josh
git format-patch ... | git imap-send home
