Hi,
If a ChangeLog file is present, dh_installchangelog called *without*
arguemnts does install this ChangeLog file.
This is particulary annoying since some lazy upstream authors do import
autofoo templates without modifying, and thus ChangeLog beeing an empty
file, dh_installchangelog installs that very empty file as
/usr/share/doc/${package}/changelog.gz even though told to not do so.
Please disable the automatism behind this.
