The string "(NOT RELEASED YET)" is add each time svn-upgrade is used, and is
in my interpretation not related to the origin of our upstream sources, but the
status of the Debian package. Although I do like your interpretation better in
this case ;-)

This creates some duplicity, because debcommit usually sets the release to
UNRELEASED too, making two tasks to be completed for each new revision...
