Package: acpid Version: 1.0.4-1 Severity: important linux 2.6.11.8 on fujitsu p-2040 laptop (transmeta)
/proc/acpi/ac_adapter/AC/state shows the correct ac power state. However, when I run acpi_listen, I never get any ac events. This is the main problem. A minor problem is that I only get a "pressed" event for the LID button. I never get a "release" event for the LID button. This seems strange. Can you suggest how to debug this problem? If I don't get any hints for debugging then I'll try with APM and see what happens. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.0 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.11.8-b3 Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 Versions of packages acpid depends on: ii debconf 1.2.14 Debian configuration management sy -- debconf information: acpid/noacpi: acpid/modules: ac processor battery button fan thermal -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
