This looks like a string encoding problem in libtorrent. I filed a bug report here: http://code.rasterbar.com/libtorrent/ticket/372
In the meantime, I'm commenting the ASSERT so that qBittorrent does not crash when loading such torrent. When commenting the ASSERT, torrent is loaded and downloaded but one character is badly encoded. Hence, the bug is not "grave" anymore.
