The ISO 3166-1-alpha-2 table can be found at <http://www.iso.org/iso/country_codes/iso_3166_code_lists/english_country_names_and_code_elements.htm>. I had a similar source for the alpha-3 table, but can't locate it at the moment due to limited internet access. I think I got there via the Wikipedia.
