Hello,
apt-listbugs prints the translated messages in the utf-8 charset, even
thought my locale's charset is iso-8859-2. See:
Ätu pole v balĂku... Hotovo

Stahuji hlĂĄĹĄenĂ o chybĂĄch... Hotovo
Parsing Found/Fixed information... Hotovo
The correct lines would be:
Čtu pole v balíku...
etc.
